Use:
1. Insert the blue handle into the breathing hole of your mouthguard.
2. Prepare a bowl of ice cold water and a separate bowl of boiling water. After cooking, leave to rest for 10-15 seconds.
3. Place the mouth guard in the hot water with the blue handle. The temperature will be 70-80°C, so be careful!
4. Allow the mouth guard to heat up for 15-25 seconds before taking it out with the blue handle.
5. Shake off excess water and cool it quickly with a splash of cold water so you do not burn yourself.
6. Insert the mouth guard into your mouth. Bite gently and naturally, suck vigorously and then press around the guard with your fingers to make it fit perfectly around your teeth and gums.
7. Remove the mouth guard and blue handle when finished, and place it in the bowl of cold water so it can fully cure.
8. You can get started now! Remember to remove the blue handle before use.
