Operation: Press the „measure“ button for 1 second to turn on the device. Press the mode button to choose between surface or forehead mode. The distance between the digital thermometer and the forehead should be 1-3 cm. Now just hold down the „Measure“ button for 1 second and release. You hear a beep and can read the value.
Also helpful is the possibility to switch the measurement from body to object temperature. As a result, the thermometer also takes over the measurement of the surface temperature, e.g. of food or checking a sufficiently low refrigerator temperature.
