Milk thistle is traditionally used as a medicinal plant. The oil-containing seeds are gently cold pressed and contain a lot of vitamin E as well as omega-6 and -9 fatty acids. This allows it to nourish the skin from the inside and support the change of coat. Especially older dogs can benefit from milk thistle oil. The special properties of milk thistle were only rediscovered in the 80s. The oil pressed from the seed is rich in vitamin E, omega-6 and also omega-9 fatty acids. Milk thistle oil for dogs can have a soothing effect on the skin and is ideal for supporting coat change.
