The soothing and circulation-promoting massage can counteract Achilles tendon problems and also helps in general relaxation after a running session. For the device to work properly and achieve the desired effect, both the positioning of the device and the foot is important. The device must be placed in a raised position so that it is at a height with the user’s seat. The massage intensity can be individually regulated by the user, for example by placing the play leg on the leg to be treated. However, overloading the massage heads can affect their rotation. Following the warnings and instructions for use of the device, the Achilles tendons are massaged soothingly. If not observed, however, it can lead to tension caused by overstimulation or even injury. The device should be used for a maximum of 15 minutes per day.
